Booking and scheduling is handled by Cal.com — see their privacy policy for details of how they process booking data.

How your information is used

Information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage sessions, and maintain client records in line with professional counselling body requirements (NCPS). It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long it's kept

Client records are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted. Specific retention periods to be confirmed and added here.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch via the form on the home page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
